About Sauna
A Finnish sauna is a hot, dry wooden room heated to 70–100°C, where water on hot stones creates a burst of steam called löyly. To enjoy it, hydrate, shower, and dry off before entering. Sit or lie on a towel for 10–15 minutes, then cool down with a cold shower. Rest, rehydrate, and repeat the cycle 2–3 times. Sauna helps reduce stress, ease pain, improve circulation, detox your body, and promote better sleep.
